Vera Neel is a graphic artist, designer in felt, and painter who works primarily in oil (palette knife).
From Russia to USA in Art
Originally from Russia, she moved to the USA in 2005. Since she explored many elements of visual art, she illustrates her internal creative impulse through painting.
She believes art should bring pleasure, positive energy, and joyful feelings to people.
Her newest passion is nuno-felting which is a unique outlet of her expression of Russian tradition, that gives life to a vision incorporated into a wearable art.
Vera Neel consider herself as a colorist. She sees beauty in everything and express it in her paintings and wearable art through colors.

Oil paintings with a palette knife are Vera Neel's true love. Her eyes are constantly searching patterns and colors that expose pleasant, understandable, and very approachable patterns that could inspire admirers to explore the challenges of this medium.

She has exhibited her art in many local venues in Albuquerque including
Harwood Art Center, Bernalillo County offices, Law School Gallery , Raku Gallery (Arizona).
Vera Neel an exhibitor in the annual New Mexico Masterworks Art Shows and the annual Art Show !Encantada! In 20th annual Masterwork NM exhibition 2018 one her painting "Dream of Carnival" got award for excellence.
One her paintings "Motherland" was accepted to prestige Salon des Independants en Cadre d'Art en Capital from February 12 to 19, 2019 in Crand Palas in Paris.
Vera is self-taught artist. Her teacher in art is Peter Nisbet, Albert Handel, David Mayer, Paul Murray, Leo Neufeld and many other.
Vera received her Master's degree in Marketing and Management from the Moscow University of Trade and Economics (Russia), Graphic Design education in CNM (USA)
